AXIS UK Services Limited Irish Branch – Gender Pay Gap Report 2025

Introduction
We are publishing the gender pay gap metrics for AXIS UK Services Limited – Irish Branch, in compliance with the requirements set forth by the Irish Government. Starting in 2025, organizations with 50 or more employees located in Ireland are required to report these metrics, including AXIS. This initiative aims to promote transparency and equality in the workplace, and we are committed to contributing to this important effort.
The gender pay gap measures the difference in pay between men and women regardless of role. It is not a measure of pay equity, as gender pay gap reporting does not compare the pay of employees performing similar work. Instead, it highlights the factors that contribute to a gap in pay between genders.
We are committed to reducing the pay gap between male and female employees at AXIS in Ireland and globally. We are actively implementing initiatives to build and strengthen an inclusive environment.
The metrics set out in the following pages have been calculated in line with the required methodology and I can confirm the data is accurate.
